By accessing or using CannaiQ, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
CannaiQ provides cannabis shelf-intelligence and analytics. Market data is derived from observation of publicly available dispensary shelf information and is provided for informational and commercial-planning purposes.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no reselling access without permission, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Early-access pricing, where offered, is governed by the terms of that program.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” While we work to keep data accurate and timely, we don’t warrant that it is error-free or complete, and it should not be your sole basis for a regulated decision.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CannaiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
