Account details you provide (name, work email, company, role), product-usage data needed to operate the platform, and standard technical logs. CannaiQ’s market intelligence is derived from publicly observable dispensary shelf data — not from your point-of-sale system or customer records.

To deliver and improve the product, communicate about your account, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not require POS access or data sharing to use CannaiQ.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform, when required by law, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.
